Shipping Liability

Once your order is shipped and handed over to the carrier, I am no longer responsible for the package. I am not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier's possession. If there are any issues with delivery, such as damage, delays, or lost packages, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. For other issues, please contact me as soon as possible to work to get the issue resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible.
